This class will combine a sensation focused warm-up with a deep dive into a new phrase from Anna’s repertoire every week.
Together, we will work on how to pick up material with confidence. The phrase work serves as an opportunity to flex our mental muscles, make mistakes, and own the skills to learn complex choreography.
We believe a phrase is just a phrase until you bring it to life. The ethos of this class is to learn and perform by bringing your artistry to each step. We work with each phrase as a framework to connect your skills, your personality, and your passion to the way you dance, not just onstage, but in every step of the process. We want to see you shine.
